Streets were blocked off with crime scene tape and multiple police cars were on scene early Thursday morning in Chicago's West Woodlawn neighborhood as officials investigate a fatal shooting involving the Illinois State Police. The incident began Wednesday night, ISP said, as troopers responded to a call of domestic abuse originating on I-57.
