DEVELOPING: Chicago police Tuesday morning said the report of a toddler walking alone Monday night in Chicago was unfounded. Police initially said a girl believed to be between 2 and 3-years-old was found about 6:50 p.m. in the 4300 block of West Van Buren Street in Garfield Park after she was left by a woman in a black SUV. Chicago police initially said they were searching for information about the girl, who they called "Jane Doe," but she was later identified.
