Armagh and Tyrone served up an extra time thriller in the Athletics Ground with the Orchard County edging past their great rivals by a solitary point. Tyrone, who had been written off by most, forced extra time with a brilliant goal from Ben McDonnell and looked to be in the driving seat as Armagh were reduced to 14 men just before the final whistle. Armagh raced out of the blocks though with 1-1 in the opening minute of extra time.
