On April 24, Jewell will present the Faculty Award at Honors Convocation. This is the highest honor bestowed on a graduating senior by faculty, a tradition that started 45 years ago. Meet the first of our five finalists, 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧. A Liberty High school (libertypublicschools53) grad, she's an Oxbridge Molecular Biology major on her way to becoming an interventional cardiologist. Grace starts medical school next January at UMKC. She's a member of jewell_swimming, president of TriBeta Biological Honor Society, vice president of the Pre-Health Honor Society, a peer tutor and a member of Mortar Board and Phi Epsilon Honor Society (top 10% of her class).
