Disbarment is the most severe punishment in the legal profession. It is not temporary. It is not a fine. It means you are done. The California bar found he made false statements in court filings, promoted fraud claims without evidence, and weaponized his law license to try to overturn a lawful election. He was also criminally charged in Arizona and Georgia. And before any of that he emailed Trump allies asking to be put on the pardon list.
