Baby Keem did a new interview with The New York Times, in which he revealed a few things 👀👇
• He almost executive produced an album for Lil Uzi Vert, but it never ended up happening because Keem left for tour with Kendrick Lamar.
• He was inspired by Ye’s creative process during the DONDA studio sessions, and he carried that influence into the songwriting on Ca$ino.
• The Melodic Blue wasn’t as authentic to Keem as Ca$ino, with him wanting “more storytelling and bangers.”
• He thinks of his cousin Kendrick Lamar as the greatest artist of all time, and impressing him gives him “the most confidence in the world.”
Thoughts? Anything surprising here? 🤔
