A dream, 50 years in the making. An Aston Martin DB5 bought in 1973 has just completed a full restoration at astonmartinworks. Welshman John Williams proudly purchased his dream car at just age 19 - but after moving abroad for work four years later, he no longer had the time to maintain it in its prime condition, and the DB5 fell into disrepair. That all changed in 2022 when he returned the DB5 to its original home in Newport Pagnell to begin a painstaking three-year restoration with Aston Martin Works.
