In this case, I performed a breast lift with implants using a 375 cc round implant placed over the muscle (subfascial), combined with a reverse-T (inverted-T/anchor) lift to improve breast position, shape, and overall proportions.
At just 5 days after surgery, the breasts are still in the very early healing phase. Swelling, tightness, upper pole fullness, and a slightly “high” appearance are completely expected at this stage. Over the coming weeks and months, the tissues will relax, the implants will settle, and the overall result will continue to look softer and more natural.
A breast lift with implants can be especially helpful in patients who need both improved breast position and additional volume.
