This November, our voices matter more than ever. I became a park ranger in 2004, because I wanted to 'Speak for the Trees' -- and now it's time for all of us to do that. These places can't protect themselves from greed or disinterest, but WE can. It's up to each of us to speak up and speak out -- and to VOTE in November. I have been committed to public service since I swore my Oath of Office in 2004, and just because I had to turn in my badge -- does not mean that commitment has wavered.
