Her Legacy | Episode 18 Few golfers in Colorado history have compiled a championship résumé like Janet Moore. Moore has won 25 CWGA/CGA championships, including five CWGA Stroke Play titles, four of which came consecutively from 1994–1997, a record that still stands. Her dominance extended into team competition as well, where she captured 20 state team titles, including several alongside her husband Kent Moore. Moore also represented Colorado on the national stage, qualifying for 35 USGA championships during her remarkable amateur career. At the club level, she added 16 championships at Cherry Hills Country Club and five more at Lakewood Country Club, further cementing her place among Colorado golf’s all-time greats.
