Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there❤️ It’s difficult to express just how grateful and proud I am to not only be this little girl’s mommy, but also travel the world with her— the words escape me every time I try. ___ With that said, as someone who suffered the crushing blow of a late miscarriage before going on to have my daughter, I also want to acknowledge that this holiday can be difficult and triggering for so many of us for myriad reasons. My heart thus goes out to all the women out there who have experienced pregnancy loss, as well as those struggling with infertility. ___ My heart also goes out to those mourning the loss of their own mothers, and those navigating complicated relationships with them if they are still here.
