BBC Eye filmed undercover at the Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) hospital and found dangerous malpractice on the children’s ward, including the re-use of syringes and medicine vials. The local government says there is no firm evidence linking the HIV cases to THQ, and the hospital’s medical boss claims BBC Eye’s secret filming is old or staged.
