The lawyer for the families of three girls murdered in Southport says he will name the individuals who failed to prevent the attack if they don’t see “clear accountability and real change”. It follows a damning report into the tragedy which highlights “profound” systemic failures leading up to the tragedy which claimed the lives of three young girls. Representing the families of Alice da Silva Aguiar, Bebe King and Elsie Dot Stancombe, Chris Walker said they are living through a “horror movie” - and seeing the extent of the errors in “black and white” was “devastating.” He called for “immediate action”, insisting that the public deserves systems capable of protecting the vulnerable from mass violence.
