Travel days can be chaotic, especially when you’re traveling with a dog and extra gear. 😅 This trip, we used EPIC Private Hire (epicprivate_24 ) in Orlando, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the very first interaction, their customer service stood out - everything was smooth, on time, and just easy. The car was beautiful, Jeremy and Gemma are both incredibly kind, and it took so much stress off of getting where we needed to go. What really made the biggest difference for us was their Magical Mailbox service. We shipped Ollie’s stroller to them before our trip, and they held it safely until we arrived. Not having to deal with that at the airport was such a relief, and something I didn’t even realize would make this big of an impact. This is one of those companies that genuinely goes above and beyond, and you can feel it in every part of the experience.
