In honor of #NationalPoultryDay, we’re spotlighting Rose Acre Farms, a customer from our elancoanimalhealth division. 🐔 Rose Acre Farms is a family-owned industry-leader in egg production with 17 facilities in six states. Founder David Rust began selling his family’s shell eggs to corner grocery stores in the early 1940s. His reputation as a high-quality, trustworthy egg supplier grew, and he started buying eggs from other farmers to meet the growing demand from city grocers. Today, Rose Acre Farms is the second-largest egg producer in the United States. Rose Acre continues their passion by not only selling eggs to grocery stores, but also donating them to local food banks through HatchforHunger.
