Right place. Right time. Deputies conducting patrol checks in Stevenson Ranch last night contacted two men who had just walked out of a retail shoe store with over $870 in stolen merchandise. One suspect was taken into custody. The second fled and remains outstanding. A third individual, waiting in the parking lot, was arrested on a no-bail warrant.
