Small thinking doesn’t always feel small. At some point, growth requires more than effort. It requires exposure. Exposure to new ways of thinking. Exposure to conversations that challenge how you’ve been approaching things. This is why environment matters. Because it’s one thing to be committed, and it’s another thing to be in a space where your thinking is stretched. The moment something clicks. The shift in perspective. The realization that what felt complex, only needed clarity. This normally happens when you are in the right environment and committed to walking in alignment with what God has called you to do. Because small thinking doesn’t always feel small… until you’re exposed to something greater.
