Meet Dale Adamson, an educator at @hdmcmillanmiddle whose passion for innovation drives everything he does. For 14 years, he has sparked curiosity and pushed boundaries as a leader of the Robotics and Engineering Academy. His commitment to rigor shows in the results, with Algebra 1 students earning a 98% proficiency rate on the EOC. As the founder and coach of the STEM SQUAD Robotics team, he has built a program that has earned seven consecutive State Championships.
