Paul Caneiro wants a new trial. He was convicted of killing his younger brother Keith Caneiro, his sister-in-law Jennifer and their kids, Jesse, 11, and Sophia, 8, in 2018 at their Colts Neck mansion after a February trial. Now his defense team says the judge was too hostile toward them, too friendly with the jury and let prosecutors present information in a way that violated Paul’s rights.
