Every year on 1st day of school at UCD, hundreds of upperclassmen gather at the busiest roundabout on campus to witness the greatest entertainment known to man: Watching confused freshmen attempt to navigate a roundabout. Coincidentally, this roundabout is also the first bicycle roundabout in North America. It was built in 1973.
