Last but not least of our National Volunteer Week spotlights is superstar volunteer Jenn Oshiro Rivers ‘05 ‘08. Jenn has nearly 20 years of involvement at UNLV under her belt, from student to faculty and volunteer. We’re so lucky to have volunteers like Jenn making a difference at UNLV! “Since stepping onto campus as a first-year resident in the res halls, UNLV has been a huge part of my life. From my undergrad to my masters, to working full time in Student Affairs — I spent more than a decade studying and working at UNLV. When I got a new position on the Strip, it was natural for me to start volunteering and giving back to UNLV. I spent nearly 8 years with the College of Hospitality Alumni Chapter, holding leadership positions and culminating in serving as president of the chapter. I've found my way back to UNLV professionally, but I continue to volunteer because of the many opportunities I was presented as a student and the potential to open those same doors for our amazing student...
