I’ve been thinking a lot about Dianna Russini’s resignation letter and how she didn’t take any accountability even if not intentional. And I don’t know how we got here but when did apologizing or being empathetic to another person’s feelings even if by accident become uncool? It’s almost as if the thought process now is never admit you’re at fault and that’s just so toxic.
