Your prompts, your preferences, your whole setup. Starting over feels exhausting. I hear you. So here is exactly how to take everything with you in three steps. Step 1. Open Claude. Go to Settings, then Capabilities, then Memory, then Start Import. Claude will give you a prompt. Copy it. Step 2. Open ChatGPT. Start a fresh chat and paste that prompt in.
