Send this to a baseball player! At the beginning of this year recovering from last year’s wrist injury, I struggled BAD with my path. Everything was on the ground to the pull side. I am still fighting these bad habits, but this method is what has helped me the most by FAR. Here is the “Bullseye Method” which I have recently been experimenting with. Based on your swing tendencies, you will simply adjust your aim on the baseball and then take your normal aggressive swing. This extremely simple swing thought worked wonders for my bat path. I finally have my power back to the opposite field and can focus on pitch selection and timing instead of my swing. In game I’m literally just hunting hittable pitches and trying to “do damage” to the bottom inner half of the baseball. Some hitters need to think top inner half, and some hitters simply need to think hit the middle of the baseball. Try it out in BP and see what feels best. The best fixes are often the simplest ones.
