Today was full-body compound supersets.
The exercise order matters.
Bigger compound lifts came first when energy and force output were highest. That means better performance, better loading, and better stimulus. Then the later supersets drove metabolic fatigue and a serious pump.
Compound movements are efficient because they train multiple muscle groups at once, allow more total mechanical tension, and can generate a lot of hypertrophy stimulus in less time. This kind of session can support muscle growth, work capacity, coordination, and conditioning all in one.
Tomorrow is a rest day, and that is part of the plan. Recovery is where adaptation happens. You do not grow from training alone. You grow from training, recovering, and coming back stronger.
