Mornings are chaos but this easy breakfast isn’t! 🥰 You guys have to try this Korean Egg Rice with Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice. It’s soooo flavorful!
Ingredients:
1 bag Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice
1–2 eggs
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1–2 tsp soy sauce (adjust to taste)
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp thinly sliced green onions�
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice to a large pot of salted water, then cook according to package directions.
Scoop freshly cooked rice into a bowl while still hot and steamy.
Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and crack in the egg.
Cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny.
Place butter directly on the hot rice so it melts then top with the fried eggs, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions.�Break the yolk and mix everything together until glossy and creamy.
The egg yolk + butter coat the rice into a silky sauce.
