Nebraska volleyball begins its spring slate Saturday with a matchup against Iowa State at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The exhibition marks the first of three spring matches for the Huskers, who are using the condensed schedule to build on progress made during the offseason. Coach Dani Busboom Kelly described the match as a valuable opportunity for growth in a competitive setting. “It’s sort of like a glorified practice,” Busboom Kelly said. “But you get to play against an opponent, in front of fans, with that added pressure and a different vibe.
