Some days my body feels like it’s fighting me…fatigue heavy, pain loud. This isn’t the highlight reel but it’s real. This is what living with Lupus looks like behind the “you look fine.” I still show up. Still mother. Still love. Even when it hurts. I share this for the ones silently fighting too…You’re not weak, you’re doing your best in a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
