Big news for Swimming NSW. We’re pleased to announce the appointment of James Hickman OLY as Chief Executive Officer. A former Olympian and senior executive with over 15 years’ leadership experience across sport, commercial and not-for-profit sectors, James brings a clear understanding of the sport and strong organisational leadership. Having spent nearly three years within Swimming NSW, James has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s financial position, growing participation and building strong relationships across the sport. Swimming NSW President Graeme Field said: “James has demonstrated outstanding leadership and has a clear vision for the future of swimming in NSW.
