Went to Romania for the brown bears and, right before the trip, we realized the Danube Delta is also a full-on birding hotspot, so we squeezed in a little day trip to check it out. We rolled in well past prime bird hours so it became a casual “hey, who’s still out” situation… but there were still plenty of cutie birds on the water.
