I’ve been doing this so long that sometimes it shocks me when I realize I’ve never featured a place I absolutely love. And this is one of them. (To be fair I used to talk about fiestachickenofficial in stories A LOT, but then I realized that people were probably sick of me talking about this chicken. 😂) It’s high time I put it on my main feed. Everything revolves around their charbroiled chicken. Walking in and seeing all that chicken on the grill is my favorite part. You’ve got their chicken tacos, chipotle chicken tacos, and great creamy cilantro dressing. Their burritos are huge and packed with that grilled chicken, rice, beans and cheese. Salsa bar at the ready. I like to just get straight pieces of chicken with sides. They also do enchiladas, quesadillas, street tacos, even birria and quesabirrias. But every time, I come back to the chicken. My only complaint. They don’t have Coke. So yes, I’ve absolutely swung through Sonic for a Diet Coke and then parked to eat. 📍 1450 ...
