The Missouri Student Association Senate formulated a resolution last Tuesday in support of multicultural organizations in lieu of their recent defunding by the University of Missouri. Author of the bill, Speaker of the Senate Jaelyn Woodley, spoke to the general opinion of MSA on the defunding. ”We as students on this campus, the official voice of the student body, do not want this,” Woodley said. “You guys (Mizzou administration) are not doing what we ask you to do. We pay money into this institution.
