Another artist for Deaf History Month! Betty G Miller is a deaf artist born from Chicago. She taught art at Gallaudet University for 18 years and is a co-founder of Spectrum, Focus on Deaf Artists in 1977. In 1986, she was an Artist-In-Residence at the Model Secondary School for the Deaf (MSSD) in Washington, DC. Her works focus on the visual representation on the deaf experience and have been exhibited all around the United States.
