Another artist for Deaf History Month! Betty G Miller is a deaf artist born from Chicago. She taught art at Gallaudet University for 18 years and is a co-founder of Spectrum, Focus on Deaf Artists in 1977. In 1986, she was an Artist-In-Residence at the Model Secondary School for the Deaf (MSSD) in Washington, DC.
