According to the Medical Examiner’s report made public on Wednesday, the teenage victim died from “multiple penetrating injuries,” with her death officially ruled a homicide. The report revealed Celeste suffered at least two wounds to her torso, including a serious injury to her liver. _________________________ According to the autopsy, she had significant wounds to her torso, likely caused by a sharp object.
