What an amazing weekend at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, California. We want to thank Brian and the entire Mt. SAC family for the VIP treatment and hospitality. It was truly special to be back at a meet where I’ve held the 110 hurdles record for 27 years. It was also great seeing so many longtime friends, but one of the highlights was watching my brother Dominique Arnold coach his athlete to one of the fastest 400 hurdles times in the world in his first race of the year.
