“This was a special group of seniors with their leadership and loyalty over their four years. I thanked them, gave them their options and told them I support any decision they make. I asked that they stay involved in the program in some way — as a super senior or an alum. There will always be a roster spot for them! A couple seniors expressed interest of coming back and would like to explore their options. I don’t make any judgments on the others. I love them because they are so driven and determined. I want them to reach their professional goals and will continue to support them in doing that.
