At the SCSP AI+ Intelligence Summit, former CIA Assistant Director and cognitive warfare expert Dave Pitts highlighted a growing threat: "Cognitive Surrender." As Pitts explains, the more we interact with today's large language models, the more likely we are to become passive "passengers" to the technology. But this isn't an inherent flaw in the tech itself, it's a function of the platform's incentives to keep you engaged.
