He also serves as Counsel with Bevan, Mosca & Giuditta, P.C., the legal affiliate of bmgstrategies. Mark's career spans public-sector leadership and legal practice including service as Assistant General Counsel to the NJ General Assembly, elected Councilman for the Borough of Rutherford, and financial management roles at the NJ Sports and Exposition Authority.
