An interested buyer has emerged for the former Bob’s Red Mill store and café in Milwaukie, with plans that would require a zoning approval to move forward. The Bob’s Red Mill store at 5000 S.E. International Way closed abruptly in February 2025, and the 1.96-acre property was then listed for $5.95 million. It includes a roughly 20,000-square-foot, barn-style building with a commercial-grade kitchen, solar panels and an 85-space parking lot. Bob’s Red Mill’s whole-foods manufacturing facility, about 1.5 miles from the former store, remains in operation.
