We’re delighted to announce that Stina Blackstenius has signed a new contract with the club. Our number 25 joined us from Swedish side BK Hacken in 2022 and has become a firm favourite with our supporters, gaining a reputation as an instinctive finisher and important team player. Stina has scored 64 goals in 152 appearances for Arsenal – none more important than the late winner against Barcelona that wrote her name into the history books as we clinched a historic second UEFA Women’s Champions League title in May 2025. The 30-year-old striker has won all four of the finals she’s contested as an Arsenal player, and counts two League Cup titles and a FIFA Champions Cup winners’ medal among her club accolades, alongside that Champions League win. Stina also found the net in each of those League Cup wins, both achieved at the expense of Chelsea in 2023 and 2024, and finished as our top scorer in each of those campaigns.
