Have you ever broken a bone?!🦴(ad) Some of you may remember when I broke my foot 🦶After completing a group hike at Willow River State Park (1st picture) 🥾 I was in so much pain that Ryan and I went to urgent care triaorthopedics. Thankfully we walked right in and an x-Ray confirmed it was broken 😭 👨‍⚕️The initial boot the doctor suggested was large so he listened to my concerns about wearing it on upcoming adventures and found another effective solution 👏🏼 (2nd / 3rd pics) As a result, I was able to enjoy the season as much as possible while still healing 🥂 (4th pic) 🗓️ After another follow up appt, 6 weeks of wearing the smaller boot and strengthening exercises 💪🏽 , I was able to resume my normal level of activities on our annual Florida trip! ☀️ (5th pic) Very grateful to TRIA for their speedy and attentive care! #TRIAOrthopedics #TreatedbyTRIA #minnesota #minnesotalife #twincities #mplsbloggers #mpls #minnesotablogger
