The Nor’easters are pleased to announce that Francisco Valdez will join the club in the role of lead Video Analyst. Fran will head the club’s comprehensive Video Analysis program, which will include roles with the Nor’easters first team and Youth Academy.  For the first team, Fran will lead the club’s opposition scouting and performance analysis by using advanced analytics and metrics. With the Academy, he will aid player development through a combination of individual performance evaluation, building personalized player profiles, and close collaboration with coaches. Fran works daily with some of the leading video and data analysis software in the industry including: HUDL, NacSport, Once Sport, and Power BI. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Performance from the Universidad Católica de Salta, Argentina as well as a Tactical Video Analyst certification from Objetivo Analista, one of the world’s leading tactical analysis programs.  Fran brings playing expe...
