Welcome to our new Executive Chef, Garrett Yokoyama!   A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where he achieved Director’s List status, Chef Yokoyama brings over 16 years of private club experience, having held executive roles at premier clubs including Sherwood Country Club and Palos Verdes Golf Club. His career reflects a deep understanding of member dining, paired with a refined approach to California cuisine rooted in fresh seafood and thoughtful, eclectic flavors.   Known for his ability to elevate both everyday dining and large-scale member events, Chef Yokoyama brings a level of experience and perspective that will further shape the culinary experience at #PaloAltoHillsGCC.
