In honor of National Volunteer Week, we’re revisiting a memorable moment from this past December. More than 100 eatlearnplay partners, friends, and co-founders Stephen and Ayesha Curry showed up at the Alameda County Community Food Bank ready to work. In just one hour, volunteers sorted 17,762 pounds of food — nearly 15,000 meals for families across our community. accfb’s volunteer manager called it the most productive one-hour shift they’d ever had.
