Because of their donation we were able to provide enrolled Health Start participants with items they desperately need to take care of their growing families. Our Health Start program is led by our amazing Community Health Workers who provide home-based, family-centered, and culturally appropriate educational and referral services to expecting women and their families to ensure early and consistent pre and post-natal care.
