We recently said goodbye to our Nespresso machine. As much as we liked the convenience, the pods were getting expensive for how much coffee we drink in this house… and the amount of recycling started to bother me too. So we decided to switch to something that would reduce waste, but without compromising on taste. This machine takes a little longer in the morning, but honestly I’ve been enjoying the process. It slows me down, lets me romanticize my mornings a bit, and the coffee is so good.
