What you’re seeing here may look quiet—just desert, searchers moving through it, communities in the distance. But this is one of the most active d€a+h corridors we’ve ever worked. Just beyond Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, within sight of El Paso, hundreds of people have been found d€d in recent years—many of them women and teenage girls. This isn’t remote. It’s not hidden. It’s happening right next to established communities. We are a volunteer group. We don’t investigate—we locate, document, and report. But we are the ones consistently finding these sites, calling them in with GPS coordinates, photos, and detailed information—and then seeing delays, incomplete recoveries, or no response at all. Some of these sites had IDs. Phones. Clear potential for identification. And still—no urgency. We’ve taken this to media, to state and federal agencies, to elected officials. And it continues.
