When Lyle Thompson goes off, the Georgia Swarm almost always win.
On Saturday night, Thompson registered 10-points in the Swarm’s 17-10 QF win over the Buffalo Bandits. It was the highest point total of any player in the NLL’s opening round of this year’s playoffs.
While it was Thompson’s first-ever double-digit game in the playoffs, prior this past weekend, he’s had ten or more points in a game nine times. Georgia is 9-1 in games Thompson has ten or more PTS.
