World Languages teacher Jeff Brandberg celebrates with family at the annual spring assembly April 24 in Sitting Eagle Gymnasium. Brandberg won the ‘25-’26 teacher of the year award, presented by Natalie Pramenko, which was voted on by students, staff, and community members. The assembly also included a performance by Guy Cheers, honoring retirees, and pickleball. “I was stunned,” Brandberg said. “Didn’t expect it, but honored [and] humbled, so many deserving people.
