Can we really trust in God? Is the Lord really faithful? It is one thing to hear of His works in the Bible, and another to wrestle with trust in our own lives. Often we may wish that we got to know Jesus physically, during his time on earth. Or to see what others saw, walk where they walked, witness what they witnessed. Even so, we are not without reason to trust. We live on this side of the cross, on this side of the Resurrection. The side of victory! We don’t have to live in anxiety or impatience to see how or if God will fulfill His promises; we can look back and know that He is profoundly faithful to His people.
